Revlon SuperLustrous Lipsticks Review...

Hello Everyone!! Happy New Year!!!

I thank God for an awesome 2013. It was a very great year for me and i thank God for all my blessings. I also had a lovely Christmas and New year celebration and i hope you all had the same too. During this period ,i did a little makeup shopping .I tried not to get too crazy and i think i did a good job.

I was able to pick up a few things that i like and i will share a group picture of all my goodies below but il break up the review of these products so this post isn't super long.

OH ALSO.... I purchased a new CAMERA!!!Yipppie.... Oh i am super excited for more beautiful posts in 2014. I have been saving up for one and i finally got one for myself. I used it to take these pictures and honestly i was just testing it out and i do like how the pictures turned out. Im still fiddling with settings and lighting and trying not to use flash so the products show their true color.

So on to the review.....

So i purchased:

SKY PINK- bright light pink(MATTE)

VAVAVIOLET- dark vamp berry (CREME)

RASPBERRY BITE-rich raspberry red(CREME)

PRODUCT: These lipsticks are all from the REVLON Superlustrous lipsticks line. They are very pigmented and apply smoothly on the lips.
 I would advise exfoliating the lips before applying Sky pink  because of its matte formula which makes it sink easily into the lips as opposed to other formulas.

Raspberry bite applies smoothly, lasts long and is just a beautiful unique berry red that brightens up the face.W
VavaViolet which is my dupe for Mac Smoked Purple is a little tricky to work with because it is a creme formula. I would have preferred this if it was a matte but i always blot and reapply to aid longevity.

PACKAGING: These lipsticks are all enclosed in a classic sleek black bullet. They are very sturdy and easy to open and close. The creme lipsticks have a gold tube while the mattes have a silver tube from what i noticed so i guess that is a good identifier.

PRICE: I purchased this at an equivalent of N900. Like i said they were on sale and i couldnt pass up a good deal. LOL.

Overall, i would definitely recommend these lipsticks. They are very good quality and they are very well priced. REVLON as a brand has very amazing products that i have used for years and have always been very fond of.
